Clare is always so appreciative of both new and returning clients. CCC wants to reward its loyal returning clients & their fluffy family members - this is why this loyalty scheme began. Each time you choose to board your fluffy family members with CCC you get your loyalty card stamped (no matter how long or short your stay!) After four stays at CCC you get an amazing 50% off your fifth stay! 
Who doesn't love saving a bit of money!

Terms & Conditions

1. 20% Deposit is required on making your booking, the remaining outstanding balance is to be paid on the first day of your stay upon check in. Your 20% deposit is non refundable in the event of cancelation.

2. In the event you need to collect your pet later than the arranged date, you are required to contact us, in advance and during working hours, to inform us of your new collection date and to pay any additional costs. Should you not contact us, and you leave your pet later than agreed, you will be charged at double the daily rate.

3. In the event you do not collect your pet or make any attempt to contact us within 7 days of the arranged date of collection, we reserve the right to seek to re-home your pet.

4. Prices include all items and services listed on the boarding pages of this website. Prices is inclusive of unlimited hay, pellets, vegies, forage, treats ect.. You are welcome to bring other items that you wish your pet to have during its stay.

5. Pets will be accommodated in our cosy custom built cabins.  In addition, we can keep pet carriers on the premises if you are availing of our transport services. If your not using our transport service we kindly ask that you take your carrier with you.

6. All animals will receive a full health check upon arrival. Should your pet show any signs of illness, injury, infestation or pregnancy we may require veterinary approval prior to us accepting your pet for boarding. We can not home board any pets with communicable diseases. Clare's creature comforts Lisburn reserves the right to refuse boarding to any animal that we believe poses a risk to other animals.

7. In the event your pet show signs of illness, we will contact you or your emergency contact on the phone number provided immediately to discuss the situation. Clare's Creature Comforts takes pride in its care of all pets. Unfortunately, however, there are times when illness and/or death of small animals are unavoidable. Clare's Creature Comforts does not accept liability for such events and all pets are left entirely at the owner's risk.

8. If your pet requires veterinary attention, we will transport your pet to our vet, there will be a change to cover transportation and time. We will follow the advice of our vet regarding the treatment of your pet and any vet fees and/or treatment costs will be charged to you the owner. Your pet will be registered at the vet under your name and address. Payment for vet’s fees is due when you collect your pet or over the phone. Sick animals will be kept under close monitoring and any medications will be given in a timely manner as per our vets instructions.  

9. If your animal is receiving treatment for any ongoing illness, it may still be able to board with us providing you have a letter from your vet stating that the animal does not pose a risk to other animals. All medication needed must be provided and clearly marked with the pet’s name and dosage instructions. An additional daily fee of £5 per night per animal will be charged in the event of medication needing to be administered. 

10. All rabbits that home board with CCC are required to be vaccinated and up to date with all booster prior to boarding. proof of this is required before paying your deposit. If your rabbit is not vaccinated it can not stay at CCC this is for the protection of not only your rabbit but the other rabbits that board at CCC. 

11. By agreeing to these T&C's you are allowing CCC to use your pets photos and videos (that Clare takes during their stay) on all social media and physical marketing materials.

12. Small animals can sometimes pass away suddenly, so in the highly unlikely event your pet passes away during their stay, we will contact you on your phone number provided immediately and will do our upmost to follow your wishes.
